DMCA Takedown Procedure

  • Review the request

If you believe your removed content was incorrectly taken down, you may file a counter-notification which must include:

  1. Identification of the removed content and its original location

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake

  3. Your consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court

  4. Your full name and signature

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action.
