I have found the Derrick Post Office to be far better than the Canada Post Office sites. The owner is efficient, knowledgeable and always kind. Canada Post sites are usually slow and I have not been happy with them in the past.
When the government takes over a service it usually becomes worse – less efficient and with lots of paper work and extra steps.
Canada Post recently updated their mail system and it is absolutely terrible; whoever designed it should be fired.
